CAE Analysis

INTYCO supports the CAE Analysis service in the design review stage for the pre-quality improvement and accurate simulation on the phenomenon of automotive and mobility. The major areas of CAE analysis are crash, NVH, durability, and heat flux, and use the analysis results to predict performance and reflect improved design outcomes ahead of time.

Collision Safety Analysis

We minimize injuries to passengers by satisfying the requirements of each country's safety regulations in the development of vehicle parts. The results from each CAE analysis are applied in a way that leads to the optimal design concept.

Applications : Seat structure integrity, FMH, H/Impact, pedestrian protection, RCAR, sled test (FRT, rear crash), seatbelt anchorage, etc.

CFD : Computational Fluid Dynamics

The performance of each component is evaluated through analysis the air flow of air conditioning products, and this is reflected in the design data to secure the driver's vision, optimize the cooling/heating efficiency, and satisfy the customer's performance regulations.

NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) Analysis

To solve the inconvenience caused by noise, vibration, and shock of components, the unique property values according to the characteristics of each material are applied to the CAE analysis program, and the extracted data is improved at the design stage securing the optimal ride comfort and quality.
