C/F (Checking and Fixture) Jig is a measuring device made for the comparative measurement of the dimensions of parts that are difficult to inspect/manage with a general measuring machine compare to the design engineering data and drawings. Manufacturing materials are metals, non-metals, synthetic resins, and composite resins are used as . Measurement items mainly measure simple GAP and Flush. It is manufactured by attaching a separate pin, gauge, clamp, etc. according to the characteristics, shape, and measurement method of the product.
I/F (Inspection Fixture) means an inspection tool for measuring assembly products. Made of steel or other alloys for measurement dimensional precision. It is an instrument for measuring intrinsic values such as length, weight, and volume of a product rather than simply measuring dimensions.
