INTYCO, established in 2012, is one of the top automotive and mobility component research and development companies. Our company is involved in all aspects of design, design engineering, CAE analysis, development, systems and constituent elements of plastic products for the global automotive and mobility industries.
The R&D process includes design engineering, analysis, mold and c/f tool development for all components such as injection, blow, foam shaping, safety and storage. We provide comprehensive support and services from R&D to overall project management.
We support all processes from numerous automotive intrinsic parts and system concepts to the first stage before mass production. Design, design engineering, CAE analysis, mold, and C/F jig development systems are all managed within our supply chain. In addition, reduction of development time, design engineering flexibility, manufacturing and assembly efficiency, cost reduction, quality and performance improvement are priority objectives.
